Offer (sell) material

Every member can offer his/her study related material via our Library. This material must be (for the moment) in digital format and must be uploaded to our server. You can offer the material for free, or set a price. The larger the Library grows the more valuable this service will become and both our students and yourself will profit. The Library will offer valuable material for both students and teachers !

How do I add material ?

Just go to the Add Material section, where you can proceed to add more material or remove items.

What kind of material can I offer ?

In principle you can offer any material that can be of use in studying or teaching baduk. We aim to generally expand our Library facilities to cover more diverse areas, but at the moment we accept the following kinds of material:

Kind Format Description
Game review sgf, pdf, zip A Game review by you or under your copyright
Game record sgf, pdf, zip A Game record by you or not protected by copyright
General material sgf, pdf, zip Game collections, any study material

Please note that you must have copyright of any material you offer, or the material must be free of copyright. The baduk-school will not be liable for any copyright violations. The preferred format is pdf or sgf, but other standard formats (word, txt etc) are allowed. However we strongly advise use of pdf for any text-based media. We can always convert your material to pdf if you so desire. In that case, just mail it to us.

Where do I see my revenues ?

All revenues from sales are shown via your eWallet.

How do I get paid ?

All revenues from sales and from lessons will be paid to you once a month. We deduct only a standard fee of 10% to cover our services and transfer costs. In case the transfer costs exceed the revenues we will continue to store your revenues and pay at a later time (of your chosing).

Your revenues can be transfarred via PayPal (preferred mode of payment) or via bank. ithin the European Union bank transfers are without charge, but outside the E.U. banks often charge large commissions, so opening up a PayPal account is advised in that case. Please contact our staff for alternative modes of payments or special arrangements.

Please see our payment section for more details.
